Refund and Returns Policy

At Logic & Linen, your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Every product we offer is thoughtfully designed and crafted to order, often incorporating personalized details. Because of this, we do not accept returns. However, we strive to address any concerns you may have about your order in a fair and customer-focused manner.


1. General Refund and Return Policy

  • No Returns: We do not accept returns as all items are made to order, and many are personalized. This ensures every piece is custom-crafted for you and cannot be resold.
  • Remakes for Quality Issues: If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not up to our quality standards, we will review your request for a remake at no extra charge. Supporting documentation, such as photographs of the issue, is required for evaluation.
  • Refunds: Refunds are not offered except in extreme cases, such as multiple remakes failing to meet expectations, fraud, or issues directly caused by Logic & Linen. In these cases, refunds may be issued as store credit.

2. Extenuating Circumstances

In rare cases, we will consider refunds or remakes for:

  • Orders stuck in production that are eligible for cancellation before shipping.
  • Products that cannot be replaced due to discontinuation.
  • Valid disputes or chargebacks resolved through documented evidence.

3. How to Request Assistance

If you encounter an issue with your order, please:

  1. Contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and clear photographs of the issue for evaluation.
  3. Allow us 3-5 business days to assess your request and determine the best resolution.

4. Selling on Third-Party Marketplaces

Logic & Linen is not responsible for refunds issued at the seller's discretion or as a result of chargebacks/disputes from third-party marketplaces. If you choose to resell our products, ensure you are prepared to handle these situations independently.
